Delete your account
You may request deletion of your Spooks Side Quests account and associated game data.
How to request deletion
- Use the developer contact address shown on the Spooks Side Quests Google Play store listing.
- Send a message with the subject Spooks Side Quests — Account deletion request.
- Include the email address used for your game account and your player/display name if you know it. Do not send your password.
- We may ask for limited information needed to verify that you control the account before deletion is completed.
An account-deletion request is permanent once completed. Deleted game progress may not be recoverable.
What is deleted
After a verified deletion request is completed, we will delete or anonymise account-linked data that is no longer required to operate or protect the service. This can include account/profile information, cloud-save and gameplay data, profile portrait data, and other account-linked records.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud or abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. Data retained for these purposes is not kept for normal gameplay use.
Messages and shared content
Some content that formed part of shared or multi-user features may require limited retention or anonymisation so that conversation, guild, party, moderation, or integrity records remain consistent. Where possible, account-identifying information will be removed or anonymised when it is no longer required.
